These three new homeowner files provide the most recent data available based on property deed transactions. Marketers can now target their ideal clientele with a variety of homeowner-specific selects including home equity, lender name, mortgage amount, mortgage type, and purchase price. Other selects offered on these files include dwelling type, ethnicity, gender, geography, length of residence, and phone number.

The All About New Homeowners file contains 7,966,950 last 24-month consumers. The All About Affluent New Homeowners file consists of 722,188 last 24-month consumers. The All About Hispanic New Homeowners file contains 1,100,412 last 24-month consumers. All three of these lists consist of recently relocated consumers who are receptive to a wide variety of offers from furniture, home d³cor, and appliances to cable TV, telephone, Internet services, and other home and family related services and products.
